Tom Petty to sit tight on 'similar' Chili's song

Ya gotta love Tom Petty. While half the world is tossing lawyers in the air and juggling them for fun and profit if someone even sneezes their direction, Tom says "no worries" about the similarity of the new Red Hot Chili Peppers song 'Dani California,' which supposedly sounds a whale of a lot like Tom's "Mary Jane's Last Dance."
